Among various realized projects, we would like to highlight the development of a business unit based on a very innovative business model and unprecedented in the industry.
Together with the Department of Innovation of the Torres Group, we conducted training workshops in different areas, and we defined and implemented practices of Corporate Entrepreneurship, to detect market opportunities and accelerate innovation.
