DR. HEALTHCARE is a laboratory specialising in biofunctionalism. It currently focuses its activities on the research, development and innovation of new non-pharmacological, alternative or coadjuvant products aimed at palliating pain and correcting physiological dysfunctions.
OUR SERVICES
Active Development helped Dr. Healthcare to internationalize its flagship product (Migrasin). Additionally, by deploying an open innovation methodology, we found a new application of their products to go to other targets (lateral marketing). We developed the value proposition, the marketing strategy and the business plan. AD opened the company to new markets and added a new set of prestigious accounts that are difficult to reach.
