Puig, with its headquarters in Barcelona, is a multinational company that operates in the fields of fashion and perfumes. The company was founded in 1914 by Antonio Puig and currently is still managed by the Puig family. In both sectors its operates under the brands Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera and Paco Rabanne. In the perfume sector it also operates under license brands such as Comme des Garçons, Prada and Valentino among others. It currently has more then 4.000 employees worldwide with an annual revennue higher than 1.500M€ with 170M€ of benefits.

Active Development did an intensive innovation training to Puig’s worldwide high potential teams. The objective was to pump entrepreneur energy, provide with basic management tools, understand the market dinamics and the tendencies and to put into practice invention & commercialization thechniques. That allowed them to develop key competences in the field of intraentrepreneurship and innovation.
