Founded in Barcelona in 1971 by Dr Jaime Planas, Clínica Planas was the first clinic in Europe to specialize solely in plastic and cosmetic surgery. OUR SERVICES
Active Development defined the strategic planning for the design and launch of PLANAS DAY, an innovative business line, under a second brand. A challenge that defied the paradigm for this family business was combining tradition with the latest trends. We did the market analysis, feasibility study, business plan development and financing tool, sensitivity studies and final presentation. The result was the approval by the Board of Directors for implementation in Madrid. The project is still a point of reference that reinforces the brand and allows the Clinica Planas to reach new market segments by exploiting their knowledge, experience and capacity.
