ABOUT TEATRE MERCAT DE LES FLORS
The Mercat de les Flors – Center for Movement Arts, was founded in 1985 as a municipal theater and is now a point of reference for research, production, creation and dissemination of dance and the arts of movement.
OUR SERVICES
Active Development supported the management team in defining, planning and building the new Consortium.
We had an intensive collaboration with the promotion team for the Barcelona City Council in order to reflect on strategy and analyze the organization. We defined corporate strategy and product and conducted a comprehensive financial plan for the new consortium.
The results were really successful: There were not only new strategic plans that structured transactions and enhanced business lines with the highest potential, but also a tool was provided to enable them to upgrade their economic and financial plan in the future.
