What makes Active Development different from a traditional consulting firm?
We are a boutique consulting firm with direct involvement from senior professionals and real business experience. We don't start with a catalogue of solutions: we understand the challenge, design the intervention, support execution and measure what changes.
What types of business challenges do you address?
We work on challenges related to leadership, talent, teams, culture, organizational performance, innovation, intrapreneurship, transformation, growth and commercial acceleration. Our starting point is always the impact the organization needs to achieve.
Does Active Development provide recruitment or headhunting services?
No. We do not provide recruitment or headhunting services. We can design role profiles and assessment processes, conduct assessments, evaluate candidates identified by the client and provide methodological support for interviews and talent decisions.
Do you work only with large companies?
No. We work with large corporations, mid-sized companies, family-owned organizations and institutions that need to develop capabilities, transform their organization or accelerate new growth opportunities.
How does a project with Active Development begin?
We begin with an executive conversation to understand what is happening, its impact on the business, what has already been tried and what needs to be different. From there, we define the right diagnosis and intervention.
How do you measure results?
We define success criteria from the outset. Depending on the project, we can measure learning, application, behavioural change, team performance, organizational capabilities and, whenever possible, business-related indicators.
Do you use standard programmes or solutions?
We have proprietary methodologies, models and tools, but we don't start from a standard solution. We diagnose the challenge first and tailor the intervention to the reality and objectives of each organization.
Do senior consultants work directly on projects?
Yes. Our boutique model enables senior professionals to participate directly in the diagnosis, design and execution of our projects.
