No obstante,\u00a0<strong>EL \u00daNICO MOTIVO POR EL QUE QUEREMOS INVERTIR ESFUERZO EN LAS REDES SOCIALES ES PARA GENERAR UN ROI o RETORNO SOBRE LA INVERSI\u00d3N POSITIVO<\/strong>. De la misma manera que al contratar un nuevo empleado esperas que \u00e9ste genere su sueldo bruto X m\u00e1s un beneficio Y debes esperar lo mismo con la inversi\u00f3n en Redes Sociales. Si no vamos a generar un ROI positivo no tiene sentido invertir esfuerzos en las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<h2>OBJETIVOS<\/h2>\n<p>Hay\u00a0<strong>DOS OBJETIVOS FUNDAMENTALES<\/strong>\u00a0en las redes sociales,\u00a0<strong>AUMENTAR VENTAS<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>REDUCIR COSTES<\/strong>. Para ganar dinero debemos vender a corto o largo plazo, en otras palabras, debemos o conseguir ventas inmediatas o generar leads, un contacto potencial que desarrollaremos hasta que sea un cliente consolidado.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed una pregunta; En el caso que pudierais aumentar vuestro presupuesto en marketing en qu\u00e9 actividades lo invertir\u00edais: a) Captaci\u00f3n de Clientes b) Desarrollo de Clientes c) Fidelizaci\u00f3n de Clientes. Y la segunda pregunta, \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Para\u00a0<strong>REDUCIR COSTES<\/strong>\u00a0podemos\u00a0<strong>FIDELIZAR<\/strong>\u00a0a los actuales clientes, generar engagement y as\u00ed reducir el volumen de clientes perdidos anualmente o bien podemos usar las redes sociales para dar\u00a0<strong>SERVICIO DE ATENCI\u00d3N AL CLIENTE<\/strong>\u00a0de manera m\u00e1s barata y efectiva que con otros sistemas.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, en Active Development usamos las redes sociales para generar notoriedad y reputaci\u00f3n digital que derive en ventas futuras y la captaci\u00f3n actual de leads. Algunas de ellas son Socialmention o Google Alerts.<\/p>\n<h3>ROI<\/h3>\n<p>La gran m\u00e9trica, \u00bfEstamos ganando dinero con nuestra inversi\u00f3n en tiempo y dinero en las redes sociales? Es f\u00e1cil responder a esta pregunta. Conocemos los costes, por ejemplo, si tenemos a un community manager a cargo de las redes sociales nuestro coste ser\u00e1 su salario bruto que debemos contrastar con las ventas generadas a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales. Si tenemos un e-commerce podemos lanzar una campa\u00f1a en las redes sociales que dirijan a una p\u00e1gina espec\u00edfica, de este modo conoceremos el volumen total de ventas y determinaremos un coste por adquisici\u00f3n asociado.
