Giem Sports
Giem Sports is pioneering company in the international funeral sector and its business focuses on the complete management of memorial sites in football stadiums. They offer soccer fans the opportunity to have their ashes housed in a funerary installation in the stadium.
Our Solution
Support and guidance for strategic planning. We defined the business plan calibrating the growth and the financial needs, it was a critical tool in the fundraising process. It helped them understand the financial management and operational challenges they would face as a start-up. At the same time, helped them to communicate, sell and negotiate with investors. Additionally, we connected them to potential investors that finally closed an operation over €1 million of funding.
Sant Cugat City Council
SantCugat del Vallès is a city located in Vallés Occidental, in the Barcelona province, Catalunya, Spain, with 81.745 citizens in 2010. It is known as one of the most dynamic cities in Spain with organisations and associations that are firmly committed to the town.
Our Solution
The Sant Cugat Auditorium had an expansion plan that was considering the development of a new area: The Arboretum. Active Development developed the project's executive summary and financial model, and assisted in the preparation of their business plan.
Teatre Lliure
On 2 December 1976, the Teatre Lliure was created in Barcelona, Spain by a group of actors, directors and technicians. Since that time, the desire to understand theatre as a public service, coupled with an attitude of ethical and aesthetic commitment linked to the present and a conception of theatre as "art", in other words, as a "craft", has been woven through the 35 years of history of the Teatre Lliure. It is considered one of the most important theatres in Spain.

Teatre Mercat de les Flors
The Mercat de les Flors - Center for Movement Arts, was founded in 1985 as a municipal theater and is now a point of reference for research, production, creation and dissemination of dance and the arts of movement.
Our services
Active Development supported the management team in defining, planning and building of the new Consortium. We had an intensive collaboration with the promotion team for the Barcelona City Council in order to reflect on strategy and analyze the organization. We defined corporate strategy and product and conducted a comprehensive financial planning of the new consortium. The results were really successful: There were not only new strategic plans that structured transactions and enhanced business lines with the highest potential, but also a tool was provided for economic and financial planning upgradeable over time by their team.
