The Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation aims to preserve the memory of this great lyric soprano and fulfills its mission to perpetuate and spread throughout the world the legacy of Victoria de los Ángeles (1923-2005), one of the most famous Spanish sopranos of the second half of the twentieth century.
Our services
Active Development contributed to the organization's design and launching. Our solutions and services included Financial plan, modeling, strategic support and presentation to the Board of Trustees. In the area of e-business, we designed and developed the Internet platform as a tool for communication/dissemination and social network. The Internet platform quickly positioned itself as a point of reference in its field as well as representing one of the principle ways of fundraising.
Museo Picasso
The Picasso Museum in Barcelona, opened in 1963, is a key reference for understanding the formative years of Pablo Ruiz Picasso. The genius of the young artist is revealed through the more than 3,800 works that make up the permanent collection.
Our services
Active Development gave support in the organization's strategic planning and economic-financial modeling to make decisions and set annual and long-term objectives. A highly effective and executive business plan was developed during a short and intense work period in an integrated manner with the management team. Generated a control panel with key indicators and sales tools to captivate outside resources. Today, the Picasso Museum has a tool that allows them to set goals, evaluate performance and take action for easy strategic thinking and decision making. Recently and in response to changes in the current environment, is also able to identify risks and facilitate its management.
