Our services
Active Development defined the strategic planning for the design and launch of PLANAS DAY, an innovative business line, a street-side retail team, under a second brand. A challenge that defied the paradigm for this family business, combining tradition with the latest trends. We did the market analysis, feasibility study, business plan development and financing tool, sensitivity studies and final presentation. The result was the approval by the Board of Directors for implementation in Madrid, a great success. The project is still a point of reference that reinforces the brand and allows the Clinica Planas to reach new market segments by exploiting their knowledge, experience and capacity.
